Di Century Time ci è noto ciò che afferma Irina Maier (di http://www.maier-uhren.de, ma anche di http://www.p-maier-gmbh.de, http://www.vostok-uhren.de e http://www.vostok-watches.com ovvero distributrice ufficiale dei moderni Vostok Europe, REC, Aviator, Buran, Sturmanskie, Denissov, Poljot e Vostok) su WUS in un intervento che risale al 2006 e che è quel che viene riportato su ogni forum e su ogni sito internet con riferimento ai Vostok Century time.
Ovvero che la serie fu prodotta nei primi anni 2000 dalla “Vostok Capital Production”, una joint venture tra Vostok e una non meglio precisata compagnia Statunitense.
